Since they reopened I’ve been here several times. Burgers amazing & tonight I had short rib grilled cheese with onions. Was one of the best short rib grilled cheese I ever ate. They also have gluten free bread and it’s also good. Service also awesome, give them a 10. Congratulations Ridge Diner on a great reopening!
